Most Deals Can Close in 15 to 45 Days Depending On What Lender Needs To Obtain Or That The Borrower Might Not Already Have, i.e. Appraisal, Title Policy, Environmental Reports, etc. and Borrower is Responsible For all 3rd Party Reports, Example: Appraisal, Title Report, Environmental Reports, Etc.
